Despite the growing visibility of women in business, there remains a significant gap in accessible resources and support systems designed specifically for women entrepreneurs. Many women face unique challenges in business ownership, career growth, and personal development. HERStoryHERTruth aims to fill this gap by providing:

• A platform for sharing personal and professional stories.

• Access to mentorship from experienced entrepreneurs.

• Business development resources, including workshops, seminars, and networking events.

• A safe, supportive environment for discussing challenges and seeking advice.

• Career development tools are tailored to women at various stages of their journeys.

By obtaining nonprofit status, we will be able to expand our reach, strengthen our programs, and ensure that more women have access to the resources they need to succeed.

Goals and Objectives

The primary goal of transitioning HERStoryHERTruth into a 501(c)(3) nonprofit is to enhance the impact of our programs and ensure long-term sustainability. Our specific objectives include:

   • Publish inspiring stories through podcasts, blogs, and video content.

2. Increased Access to Resources

   • Secure grants to provide workshops, educational content, and low-cost resources for women entrepreneurs.

   • Establish a formal mentorship program, pairing seasoned entrepreneurs with emerging business owners.

3. Career Development & Coaching

   • Offer bilingual career coaching, resume workshops, and job interview preparation.

   • Develop mentorship programs that connect emerging professionals with industry leaders.

4. Sustainability & Growth

   • Access corporate sponsorships, grants, and donations to scale our programs.

   • Expand our reach to serve more women nationwide.
